So many such talented beings have emerged in the real estate sector across the world and have now made a unique place for themselves in the ever-so-competitive niche, even as young talented beings, just like Eliott Pityn has done for himself as a 32-year-old.
Eliott Pityn today owns and controls more than 40 million dollars worth of multifamily real estate, which consists of 300 units. He is the brain behind many companies in the real estate space like The Pityn Organization as the CEO, PREIC, a real estate investment firm, as the President, Pityn Investments as the Executive Managing Director and CEO, and also runs The Pityn Foundation, a non-profit as a philanthropist in the industry.
He was born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, and then moved to Canada at three years of age. Having the ambition to do great things in his career and life, he always searched out for things that could help him become his better version while also helping him monetarily. After experiencing a lot about the MLM business, he then decided to venture into real estate. At 20 years, he purchased his first property and later proceeded to buy more real estate. Four years later, he accumulated about 20 properties, from single families all the way up to 4-plexes. However, after facing roadblocks with financing and scaling, he restrategized by selling his small properties and purchasing large multifamily buildings, 20 units and up, and grew from 50 units to 300 units in three years.
Eliott Pityn achieved this without any partners or investors in less than 10 years by the age of 32, which he believes is his major success in the industry. Having said that, he aims to achieve more in the coming years and do much more in the world of real estate.
